- At this time, Quintessential Pearls & Stones does not ship merchandise to international locations. Items will be shipped promptly after payment is confirmed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to promptly report any problems with the delivery to the mail carrier and/or refuse delivery. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with an item of equivalent value if the item(s) are returned in their original packaging and it is evident that the damage was caused during shipping. Damage caused by purchaser mishandling is the responsibility of the purchaser.

- Quintessential Pearls & Stones charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania based on the applicable state sales tax rate in Allegheny County (7%). Sales tax is not applied to orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania.

- Return Policy
- You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Quintessential Pearls & Stones reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Items purchased through the website may be exchanged for other merchandise shown on this website within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been damaged by the purchaser or worn. The purchaser will receive a store credit equal to the pretax value of the returned merchandise which can be applied to items of equal or higher value. If the purchaser selects items of higher value, payment for the difference is required prior to shipping. For hygenic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Merchandise must be returned and inspected before the credit can be applied to another item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable.
